Subject: Flossie@Faldingworth Sat 8th Dec 2007 From: Rasener Date: 08 Dec 07 - 07:27 PM A full house saw John Conolloy do a wonderful 30 minute floorspot. I am still amazed that half the audience hadn 't seen John before. They do now and I had so many excellent comments about him. I hope everybody enjoyed the meal served by speedy Dave and his team. Then 2 sets of Flossie Malavialle, again only half the audience had seen her before. She was very impressive and was on top form. Once again I had so many excellent comments afterwards about her. Many thanks to them for giving us such a smashing night. Great audience (full house),so many thanks for all coming along and keeping Village Halls alive. Les Worrall |

Subject: RE: Flossie@Faldingworth Sat 8th Dec 2007 From: Georgiansilver Date: 09 Dec 07 - 12:47 AM Great to see them both again and on the same bill. They were both in fine form and we had a night of great humour and excellent performances. The food was great too but personally would have liked a 'green' veg as well as the carrots (I did say that was a personal choice) as I am a veg eater (as opposed to vegetarian). That is not really a criticism, just a personal observation. The whole evening was excellent and pretty good value. |

The club is fine, we had a bit of a slump in audience numbers until this last month which sort of picked us up again, nice to finish 2007 on a high note! muppitz x |
