I'm Iooking for a song by Rosalie Sorrels, called "Home in Utah" that was on her first or second album for Folkways. Anyone know where I can find the lyrics or the recording?

Last I knew Rosalie had a website that was something close to rosaliesorrels.com, but Google will turn it up. And I'm inclined to believe that no Folkways album goes out of print, still.

Rosalie Sorrels only made one album for Folkways, Folksongs of Idaho and Utah.

The song you seem to be referring to is "I've Got a Home Out in Utah" and it's on the album she made on Folk-Legacy, circa 1967, If I Could Be the Rain.

I'VE GOT A HOME OUT IN UTAH was written by Utah Phillips. His version is on the album THE TELLIN' TAKES ME HOME on Philo/Rounder.
