Sounds great Ralphie,no panic it will be at least 6-8 Months before I start panicking for recordings,but live recordings usually work.Your old recordings of "Eric" are always a good listen.

Michael Hebbert is a non-Irish, non-female, non-anglo player.
He's a bloke, a Jeffries duet player who occasionally plays keyboard/synth.
He couldn't be more off-topic for a broadcast item on woman anglo players than a Leith docker on the glockenspiel.

If we're going to raise the matter of "off topic" I think I'd like to point out the very questionable bad taste jokes posted by one or two male concertina players earlier on in the thread - absolutely TOTALLY unrelated to the topic, and uncommented on in this context previously. I agree with Diane on that point ... it's not unrelated to the topic at all - if you look at Noreen's original post, at the time of posting it was the "concertina" which was the aspect being featured - not type, not player, not type of music etc etc

Hey - I trained as a geographer... wonderful tuition in spatial analyses as I recall, not to mention nearly getting a job studying what people did in sand dunes in South Wales (???) when I was younger ... but I don't think the gist of what was related to what (except spatially) ever really came up .... things have obviously moved on!!!

And those two last points really WERE off topic ... whoops!!
