When i realized that i hated the way my ex was verbally and emotionally abusing me and made her my ex, i felt alive for the first time in ten years. The hate i feel toward her for the way she treated me is just the feeling of another emotion in a life full of experiences. I can't neccesarily say i'm glad i got to feel thet emotion of hate but i know that i am glad that i realized what it was that i was feeling, accepted it and acted accordingly.
If you only love and never hate can you really know what love is?
