Just after recovering from our Song & Ale weekend, we will be getting into party mood once more this Wednesday to celebrate our 9th birthday at the Ride a Cock Horse Folk Club with the band that started it all off - Meet on the Ledge! If you haven't heard them they are not, as it would sound, a Fairport tribute band but are a very versatile band who perform amazing songs by Allen Maslem, who is no mean guitarist, ably assisted by Ron Holmes's heart rendering vocals and the lovely Marion Morgan (known as Mabel)on the fiddle and vocals.
