My first ever floor spot was at the Wilsons' old club at the Collingwood, so playing their club again is like coming home. Looking forward to it.

Looking forward to seeing you, Brian. The Welly has hosted some of the best nights in the region in recent times. This should be one of the 'best of the best'!

Helen.

Anyone within shouting distance of the club (and with the mighty Wilsons in full voice that means a very long distance indeed!) shouldn't miss this gig.
Brian is simply one of the most genuinely entertaining "good guys" on the circuit, with a massive and varied repertoire and the chops to put it across. Go see!

I gave myself a very nasty back injury on Tuesday manoeuvering heavy flagstones, so I'm afraid tonight's show will not include the usual tap-dancing, crocodile-wrestling and unicycling whilst playing melodeon.

I can, however, still sing and play, albeit from a seated position (standing up is not so clever at the moment), so of course the show will go on!

It's always a shock to realise that you are not as young as you used to be(grin)
Keep it well lubricated and have a great night.

Thanks for the good wishes, but I should point out that I am, if anything, younger than I used to be. They were just very heavy flags.
