I need a favor from someone in Ireland

In Corpus Christi, Texas where I lived for 25 years, we had a very active Irish Cultural Society. Once a year the Irish consulate from Chicago would visit and bring me 200 Irish pennies. (the ones with the harp and peacock(?) ) Since I've moved I haven't been able to get Irish pennies. I give them away to children and pretty ladies and others. They are especially popular around St. Patrick's day. If it's not too much trouble, would some one in Ireland be willing to exchange 300 Irish pennies for $3.00 in American currency? At the current exchange rate, the person doing the favor will lose about $1.50 in the deal. You might want to up it $4.50 in exchange.

Did you hear about the incompetent English forger who made nine pound notes instead of tenners. His friends told him to off load them in Ireland where they wouldn't know any better. He went over and asked a man in a bar for change:" Certainly," the man said, "three threes OK?"
Do you think if I said I collected the highest denomination note in any currency people would send them to me??
