Do you recognize this song, from the Flint Sitdown strike era. My daddy was in the strike.

The trouble in our homestead
Was brought about this way
When a dashing corporation
Had the audacity to say
You must all renounce your union
And forswear your liberties,
And we'll offer you a chance
To live and die in slavery

To what tune was it sung? Thanks

That's the song from the Homestead Steel Strike in 1892. I believe Pete Seeger has recorded it. I think it's also in his collection CARRY IT ON.
