Does anyone have the lyrics to "Started Out Fine" from "Holly Near: A Live Album"? Thought it was called "Hiking Boot Mother" for years.

For some unknown reason, maybe just that they sound good back-to-back, I like to follow this Holly Near song with "Autumn and Me" by Saving Jane.
