Subject: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: GUEST,Jack the Sailor Date: 30 Aug 08 - 01:10 AM Click for the 'PermaThread™: List of all joke threads'These are not for the easily offended. In bad taste: John McCain's ten worst jokes I found them in a link on one of Amos' posts. They are pretty disgusting and I didn't want to pollute anyone else's thread with them. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Andrez Date: 30 Aug 08 - 07:49 AM Yep, as you said they are pretty disgusting and not even worth keeping here! Just like the entire interminable and excruciating American Electoral process that seems to be taking up most of the media,s time and space. Cheers, Andrez |

Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Donuel Date: 30 Aug 08 - 09:29 AM 1986 jokes those were the day my friends off color remarks in boring meetings can come from anyone and are more about the situation than the morals of the joke teller. But lets hang McCain anyway ;/[ |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: john f weldon Date: 30 Aug 08 - 09:34 AM No worse than lots of filmies and folkies. But I probably wouldn't want them ruling the world either. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: WFDU - Ron Olesko Date: 30 Aug 08 - 09:39 AM Only a Republican would still use a word like "trollop". He lives in a different century than the rest of the world, as do the rest of the conservative lemmings. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: bobad Date: 30 Aug 08 - 09:44 AM Jokes? What jokes? |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: GUEST,Jack the Sailor Date: 30 Aug 08 - 10:09 AM The Times.uk Hannah Strange seems to have a unique take on things, insightful and amusing. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: GUEST,Jason U Date: 18 Oct 08 - 02:04 PM What's the difference between Obama and Stevie Wonder? Stevie Wonder has a better chance of seeing the inside of the Oval Office ! |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: gnu Date: 18 Oct 08 - 02:42 PM Called his wife a cunt? As a joke? I find that a bit hard to believe... that anyone would write that. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Alice Date: 18 Oct 08 - 02:43 PM Believe that he did say it, when he was angry at her. Witnesses confirmed they heard it. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: heric Date: 18 Oct 08 - 02:50 PM Unrevealed witnesses who are allegedly reporters supposedly witnessed, but can't or won't reveal themselves. This according to a guy who wrote a smear book, looking for attention. I don't believe the story, or he would name the witnesses, or they would come forth on their own with yea's or nays. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Alice Date: 18 Oct 08 - 02:58 PM He has repeatedly been asked to deny this-asked out right did you call your wife these things-and he refuses to deny it. His excuse for the comment-he was tired and it had been a long day. Cindy McCain has never denied the story and none of the reporters involved have either |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: gnu Date: 18 Oct 08 - 03:01 PM Ah... again, today, just like yesterday and the day before, that's not what I said. I think it's time for me to crawl back in my little hole and pull the wool over my eyes. I think I will concentrate on Canuck politics and humourous threads... oh... yeah... that didn't work either. Maybe You Tube... gnightgnu. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: heric Date: 18 Oct 08 - 03:09 PM (I got the joke gnu. It was good.) |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: heric Date: 18 Oct 08 - 03:13 PM I read that he did deny it flat out: "Never happened" is the quote I read. There were witnesses - journalists - but their identity must be kept secret why? |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Bill D Date: 18 Oct 08 - 05:41 PM If even 6-7 of those are accurately reported, it does show something about the man. I have said for years that if I want to really understand a man, I will find out what he laughs at. This does not 'necessarily' mean he is dumb, incompetent, or can't lead...it just means I worry about his judgment in various important issues. *IF* McCain told joke #1, or referred to his wife that way, I would suspect a general bad attitude about women. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Peace Date: 18 Oct 08 - 08:03 PM They ain't jokes. Jokes are funny. The reference to Chelsea Clinton in "joke" four is sufficient cause in some parts of the world--this country being one of those parts--to have a close family member punch his testes up his throat. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: RangerSteve Date: 19 Oct 08 - 08:08 AM I agree about the Chelsea remark. Chelsea didn't choose to be a public figure. The remark sounds like a 12 year old's idea of a joke. I expect a lot more maturity from politicians. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Bill D Date: 19 Oct 08 - 10:06 AM I don't think McCain even vaguely comprehends the power of the internet/WWW and the news media to find, reference and circulate almost anything he has said in 20-30 years. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Greg F. Date: 19 Oct 08 - 10:22 AM The worst McCain joke is the man himself. Second worst is his running mate. Bad jokes both. |
Subject: RE: BS: McCain's ten worst Jokes From: Don(Wyziwyg)T Date: 19 Oct 08 - 05:24 PM McCain's ten worst jokes? Just one question.......What number is Sarah Palin? Don T. |
