Brian was on at Burnley last night. We were treated to master musicianship from this engaging and highly talented performer. Every song and tune was beautifully crafted and delivered in his own inimitable style. One of the very top performers on the British folk scene, his material is excellently varied - many seasoned folkies were saying "I haven't heard that before" If you haven't yet seen him make it a priority. And he's a nice bloke too.......

...and a Mudcat regular.

Please... let us know before the event next time, instead of keeping it a secret! ;o)

Erm, where is Burnley FC these days? Is it the same club that used to meet at the Wagon and Horses in Brierfield?

Hey Bernard, no secret, it's been on the website for AGES.........

The club used to be at the Waggon & H until the pub went very downhill, now at the Kettledrum, Cliviger (nice pub)

Directions on www.burnleyfolkclub.co.uk
