Subject: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: Vixen Date: 16 Jun 99 - 08:28 AM D'Cats-- VicTim will be at FRFF, mostly in the vicinity of the Workshop stage. We'll be up on the hill someplace camping--Look for a black flag with a chalk-outline victim on it! Any other 'cats wanna get together and jam? V |
Subject: RE: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: Jaxon Date: 16 Jun 99 - 09:58 AM I'll be working on the main stage sound and stage crew. Because of the hours we put in jam times are catch as catch can but I'll have my Martin with me. I'll be playing at the staff open mic on Thursday night. We get to go on early because we set up the sound system for it. e-mail me for more details. Jack Murray |

Subject: RE: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: Vixen Date: 16 Jun 99 - 01:56 PM OOPS! So sorry! FRFF = Falcon Ridge Folk Festival, Hillsdale NY, 23,24,25 July 1999. There's a website for more info: www.Falconrigdgefolk.com But I STILL can't make blue clicky things work. Jaxon--I'm not volunteering this year, but can paying ticket holders get in on Thursday night??? Tim and I were the third car up the hill on Friday morning last year...We'd love to get there EARLY and jam some!!! V |
Subject: RE: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: Jaxon Date: 17 Jun 99 - 08:11 AM Vixen, I believe the gates open for camping at or near 5pm on Thursday. Last year I got there about 11am and there was a short line already for ticketholders. Jack Murray |

Subject: RE: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: Sandy Paton Date: 01 Jul 99 - 12:11 PM Barbara (bbc): Hillsdale is 19 miles north of Millerton on Route 22 (at the junction of Route 23). That's about 25 miles north of where you work! Turn left at the light, go about a mile and look on your right. Huge farm, hillsides covered with camping attendees, performance tents, parking lots, etc. Pretty hard to miss. This is a heavily "singer/songwriter" oriented festival, although I see that Utah Phillips is one of them this year. Look at the performers list on the FRFF web site. If you get there, say hello to Vixen for me. We won't be there, but Robin will be "personing" our booth for us. Look for the Folk-Legacy quilt and the white tent. Mudcatters ought to find one another around that location, if not under the black flag of VicTim. Sandy |
Subject: RE: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: bbc Date: 02 Jul 99 - 07:56 AM Thanks, Sandy! Who would have thought my life would start to center around Amenia? More possibilities to consider. best, bbc |
Subject: RE: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: TonyK Date: 05 Jul 99 - 12:12 AM I'll be there. I'll be doing the Nite Owl Hoot in the family tent after the main stage closes down. In past years we have stayed up singing those good old sing-along songs until dawn and beyond. I'll look for you under your flag or at the Folk Legacy booth. |

Subject: RE: Who's Headed to FRFF? From: AllisonA(Animaterra) Date: 21 Jul 99 - 02:23 PM I just got an offer to work at the festival, but haven't confirmed it. I might be at the solar energy van. Hope to see you there! Allison |
