At a time when festivals are closing or slimming down in order to survive the economic crisis it is good to know that Cleckheaton is going to be as good, as cheap and as busy as ever this year.

Among the many artists already booked are Eric Bogle, John Munro, Battlefield Band, Tom Lewis, Ruth Notman & the Ruth Notman Trio, Something Nasty in the Woodshed, His Worship and The Pig, Tom Bliss, Duncan McFarlane & Ann Brivonese, Mrs Ackroyd, Blackstone Edge, Bruce Baillie, Beaumont Brothers, Russ Hughes, Berkana and all without a massive price increase. In fact until May you can still get week-end tickets at a discount price!!

This year, as well as the concerts, sessions and sing-arounds, Cleckheaton will have more meets and specials, more stalls (craft market, Italian Market, Farmer's Market plus the locals), more dancers and dancing (including a Ceilidh), more venues and hopefully a lot more sun.
