How very sad. Tim & Maddy are among many happy memories of the early Southampton Folk scene for me.

Good luck Tim

Sad indeed. It wasn't so long ago that he was guesting with Maddie Prior on her BBC4 TV programme. And it doesn't seem that long ago when they were both booked in to the BBC Folk Club - "Clanfolk" - around 1969 - and gave their usual wonderful performance.

All the very best to Tim and Conny, whatever the future holds.

Sad to hear this, too. I had the privilege of MCing Tim and Maddy at MSG many years ago. I still play "Summer Solstice", too.

Tim & Maddie were incredibly influential in their pre-Steeleye days, and inspired so many young performers. Lots of positive vibes should wing their way towards Tim from all of us who were inspired back then.

I've been a fan for 36 of my 51 years. Keep fighting!

This is rotten news and I can only add to the many admirers, who wish this fine musician well.

Nothing to add to fine tributes above, except more sadness.
