eBay has a place where buyers & sellers can comment on one another & then they get ratings of a certain number of stars, which gives one a quick idea of how trustworthy they are. I don't think we need that right now, but if it gets big, you may need to think on that Max.

I have one suggestion: can you display the time somewhere on the auction list? For us not living in the EST time zone (wherever that may be) it is not easy to know how long it will be till Midnight EST...

Actually, ebay runs more or less on the honor system. The repercussions for welching on an auction in any form are basically being banned from the site, as well as whatever form of recourse the offended party wishes to pursue.

We're all family, here. Don't see why that wouldn't work for us as well.

Great Max,
It looks like it should work OK, I hate to bring up a subject of "RULES" or protocol. We might need some ground rules and/or spell out the logistics of how the transactions will take place. Such as when does someone send the money and when does the seller send the auction item. Our little attempt was purely on the "honor system" and is OK when we all stay on the up and up. When Rick's guitar goes on the block and sells for $12,000 plus, who sends what first etc.
The server tool looks great and thank you.... I think we've got it, let's just make it go.
