I thought CF was probably better known for his version of Formby's "Fanlight Fannie", but "I Never See Maggie Alone" was also very popular. "The Old Bazaar In Cairo" is very funny - great for a pub singaround - was written by Ford, Charlie Chester and someone else whose full name escapes me but the surname was Morris.
