Due to the continuing bad weather here in the UK, please note that the Phoenix Ceilidh due to feature Peeping Tom this coming Friday (8th Jan) has been CANCELLED.

Please contact The Phoenix ceilidhs website for further news, and to discuss alternative arrangements regarding pre-purchased tickets.

(The cancellation won't actually be up on the website for a few hours as I'm doing this announce from work).

Very sensible.
It must be a hard decision for bands and callers who have bookings that involve a lot of travelling. The dancers can chose to stay at home, but how many musicians struggle to keep their commitments in stupid conditions.
