what strings should I use for for my new Gibson songwriter delux studio, to obtain the best of sound. What brand would be best for my Gibsons and what size. Medium, medium light, or light.
Thank you.

What should I use for strings for my new guitar, Gibson Songwriter Delux Studio? It is not the cutaway model.
When I got it, it was string with light, .012-.053, I do not know what brand would be best for my guitar. It has a very nice sound and it is louder then my old 1975 D-25 Guild. But I want to get the best out of it, when we jam with our friends. My frieds love my new Gibson, they play D28, D-15 Martin and a J-60 Gibson.
Thank you all.
Guy

No Idea but if you can find the Gibson web site I am sure they will recommend the correct strings.
Best wishes and hope you enjoy your new guitar.

Try different brands and gauges - settle on the ones that sound the best to you.

No-one else can tell you what your ears hear.
