I was singing with my granddaughter last night and I remembered a song that I used to sing with kindergarten and first-grade students to teach counting. It was called "Ten Little Angels in the Band". I can't for the life of me remember the tune or the words. If I had the words, I'm sure the tune would come back. I have tried searching the data base and the web and haven't come up with anything. Does anyone remember that song?

It was recorded by Peggy Seegar and her sisters (Ruth and #) on a little album in I think the late 50s.
First verse was
There was one, there was two,
There was three little anglels
(4, 5, 6, l.a.)
(7, 8, 9 l.a.)
Ten little angels in the band

Wasn't that a band on a Sunday morning
Sunday morning, Sunday morning
Wasn't that a band on a Sunday morning
Sunday morning so soon

The next verse was possibly

Dont you see, don't you see,
Don't you see those little angels

Followed by
Jesus rose to heaven on a Sunday morning
