I am staying in Sissinghurst from 10th April for a week and would interested in local singarounds or acoustic sessions. I have found one in Tenderton (hopefully still running) - perhaps there are others within 15 miles? We sing and play a variety of styles - look forward to any ideas.

I think Tenterden (in the Woolpack) is every Weds - or it might be every other Weds.

Maidstone has the Pilot (every other Monday I think), and the Old House at Home - er - might be one of the other Mondays so to speak

Monday, 12th. April - Singaround at The Swan, County Road, Maidstone.

Tuesday, 13th. April - Tenterden Folk Club, The Woolpack, Tenterden.

Wednesday, 14th. April - Singers' Night at Faversham Folk Club, The Chimney Boy, Preston St., Faversham.

Friday, 16rh. April - Rainham Folk Club (at the oast house next to Rainham station) - I think?

I know they're not all within 15 miles, but you might have to go that little bit further if you want to be out and playing every night! I hope you have a good week.

They're a very friendly, well-organised but loosely-federated bunch of singers and musicians who have a habit of descending on a pub, pretty much taking it over for the evening and filling it with music, song and cheer!
