YOU'RE STILL TO BLAME
Carter Stanley
As recorded by The Stanley Brothers on "I Saw the Light" (2005) and "Riding that Midnight Train" (2005)

1. I search this big town all over,
Trying just to get a glimpse of you.
I'm scared half to death to turn the corner,
Scared at the thought of seeing you.

CHORUS: You say that I'll come crawling back.
Deep down inside, I know it's true.
I die each time I hear your name.
I love you but you're still to blame.

2. The bright lights of the city glisten.
The moon and the stars shine from above,
But neither one can make my heart lighter,
For you're the only one I'll ever love.

I have many Stanley recordings but can't find, I Love You But You're Still To Blame. Anyone know all the lyrics? Or is this not the title? Some of the words are, You say that I'll come crawling down, Deep down, I know It's true, I die, each time I hear your name, I love you but, you're still to blame.

thanx mountain tyme
