Subject: From: Banjoman_CO Date: 10 Aug 99 - 10:53 AM I have a question about the results of the Mudcat Auction. When I checked the bids about 20 minutes befor the auction closed, I was the high bidder. How do I find out who (or if I) got the item. Appreciate any help. Fred |

Subject: RE: Help: Mudcat Auction Results From: Big Mick Date: 10 Aug 99 - 01:03 PM Hey Banjoman, I went in at 11:59 just to see where the bid was. At that time the bid was $20 and just at the stroke, I bid $21.00. I didn't see your name, I think KarenK was the last before me. Just an FYI, perhaps you hit the wrong button or something. All the best, Big Mick |
Subject: RE: Help: Mudcat Auction Results From: Mudjack Date: 10 Aug 99 - 02:20 PM Banjoman CO, Nor did not see anyone else, Karen came in at 20 and Big Mick's 21 right at midnight and the auction closed. I presume it closes automatically with the program. I hope theres not a problem or bugs still to work out. I hav'nt heard anything from Max. He never has acknowledged payments from bidders and I'm sending everything as though payments are made, That is the honor system.Big Mick's LP record is in the mail or being processed as we talk, Mrs. Mudjack ran it into town. I have to go dig something out for the next auction. Mudjack |
Subject: RE: Help: Mudcat Auction Results From: Big Mick Date: 11 Aug 99 - 02:41 AM Yeah, Max does work on the honor system. I sent him email to make sure he received the last two payments I sent him for the albums and the Mudcat cut of Bill Sables guitar strap. I will be putting another in the mail for $36.00 I just spent on the album and the bristleboard. I won't be doing this all the time, but I am thrilled at the prospect of this album. All the best, Mick |
