It's that time of the year again folks. The annual BBQ will be held on Sunday 13th June 2pm tolate. All welcome, just bring your instruments and voices and something to burn on the BBQ. Home brew is in the barrels. PM me for details.

High pressure builds to provide a drier spell

The northwesterly flow is expected to decline as high pressure builds from the west. Although still unsettled at first in northern and eastern parts, all areas are expected to become drier and more settled.

Near average temperatures are expected to rise above average in the south. rainfall will be below average although close to it in the north and east early in the period.

How do they know? Just keep fingers crossed.

Richard, I'm not even looking at the weathe forecast until a couple of days before when I have to decise whether to put the large gazbo up.

Crow sister, what is there to prepare? You just need to bring something to put on the BBQ, unless you're going to provide us with some gourmet dish!

I will be visiting Billingsgate gate Fish Market now based at Canary wharf on the Saturday prior to this event .
Train to Lewisham Then D.L.R. Canary Wharf.

Great deals on some excellent fish.
Fore example.
Monk Fish Steaks £10.00
Whole Scottish Salmon £15,00. among lots and lots of other great deals.

Sorry to say I won't be able to make it, yet again.

My knee, which has been deteriorating quite rapidly in the last month or two, has decided it won't operate today.

After a long day yesterday, including an hour of performing standing up, it is twice the normal size this morning, and too painful to walk on.

Have a great time, and I'll be thinking of you all loading up on that marvellous summer ale, while I spend the day popping Ibuprofen/Paracetamol cocktails.

When I done drunken sailor I was drunk so it was a complete waste of time .

I was fascinated by the Mandolin accompaniment during Over The Hills.
Due to the fact I see with me eyes shut I failed to notice how close Richard was but I heard every note and chord change it was like he was playing in my Ear.
