Subject: Frank of Toledo, where are you? From: Easy Rider Date: 13 Aug 99 - 02:03 PM Our trip to Oregon is imminent (Tuesday!), but our itinerary is very fluid. We MAY be in the Toledo area, and would LOVE to stop by and meet you, even join a song circle. Are you coming to Margarita's song circle, on Aug 27? Your email address did not show up in the message you posted to my Oregon thread, and you are not registered with the Mudcat. I am a Mudcat member. Please send me an email, giving me your home email address, snailmail address and phone number, and I will try to advise you of our itinerary in enough time for you to make plans. Maybe your presence will be enough to get Frank to do that song circle he keeps talking about... whaddaya say, Frank? he's not a member, but I can forward stuff. I've tried time and again to register and become a member, but for some reason "it" won't listen to me and yes I'd love to meet and play with you EZ. and Yes Barbara I'll get busy ansd set up a song circle with the locals. I suppose you have a day job, so the song circle would be in the evening. Weekends it's hard to find lodging on the Coast, but Monday I think we could easily find a motel nearby. We have decided to spend Tuesday night, the 17th in Portland, getting over the jet lag, and the rest of the first week in Eugene. We could come out to the Coast on Monday, when it's less crowded, and more people are around. Does this sound better? EZR |
