Subject: Folk club reunion From: GUEST,Bill Kennedy Date: 15 Jun 10 - 10:06 AM La Cave was the folk club in Cleveland from 1962 - 1969. We have organized a weekend of reunion concerts and activities for the weekend of June 25-27. Friday night, June 25, Josh White, Jr. plays. His father, Josh White, was the first performer to play La Cave in 1962. On Saturday night Brewer and Shipley play and Carolyn Hester opens! Many local performers who played La Cave will play before both shows, and Sunday afternoon is an old time jam, bring your instrument and join in.
