Ray died in December 2011. Pam is living in Westerly RI. They made music, had a family, divorced in the 80s.

Did Ray and Pam write songs in the late 60's very early 70's? Song in question is Fourth Street or This Town is simply this side of fourth Street. I need to know, a friend recorded it way back when, he has passed away and we want to release it on a CD. Thanks for your help.
