At the Crimea Inn, Aldershot. Saturday 2nd October around 7pm.

Fairly informal, bit of a sing/play around. Nibbles will be provided. No charge, just a bit of fun (hopefully *g*).

Be lovely to see anyone who might be able to make it. They have three kinds of real ale, including 6X and it's pretty close to the train station. The family running the pub have actually requested this so will be very welcoming

On top of what PoD has said, the pub is very comfortable, and has just been awarded Cask Marque status for its real ale.

Sounds good, but we'll probably be at Tenterden Festival. If we aren't we might pop along, it's not too far from Leatherhead.

Where to park - getting to and from Aldershot by rail means changing for me.

Have you mentioned it to Andy Johnson or Keith Calton or Paul Tabbush, all relatively local?

Might pop over - depends if I have an early start on Sunday and what else I discover I'm meant to be doing.

Hi Vermin, Plenty of parking at the pub, and yes it is the one on the Beer in the evening website, but it has had a major re-furb since then, and a new landlord.

We haven't mentioned it to Andy, kieth or Paul as we don't know them! However please feel free to ask them if you want, the more the merrier!

Just in case you didn't know, there's a Green & Global Fun Day in Aldershot tomorrow including music from local groups. I sang for them a few years ago and can recommend it as a good day out!
