Wow, such short notice - I've got no chance to get there but guess it'll be quite an event.

We meet as a club monthly so most of our regulars in North Yorkshire and Durham already know but I thought perhaps some of Graham's fans out there might not know he is still performing and delighting audiences with his superb collection of perceptive songs.
The 'Ironopolis Story' is almost ready to be released on CD so that is something else to look forward to with great anticipation.
Paul.

Yes Les 'Drift from the land' I have often heard at the Brit Folk Club in Darlington and where I have also seen Dick Miles guesting on several occasions. And yes Dick I will pass the message on to Graeme.
As regards performances of Graeme's songs when Martyn Wyndham Read visited the Brit last year he sang 'My Eldorado' and when he visited my Richmond Swaledale club he did 'Where Ravens Feed'. I don't think I have heard them sung better - MWR seems able to sing them and evoke such great feeling and responsiveness from his audience.
Paul.
