Just a quick reminder to everyone the Harwich Shanty Festival is to take place at the old sea port of Harwich on the 8th,9th & 10th of Oct. This will be our fifth year and is going from strength to strength. This years programme can be viewed on line. This years guests include,The New Scorpion Band, The Sheringham Shanty Men, Kimbers Men, Monkeys Fist, Naze Shanty Crew, Paul Sirman, Hunt The Wren, plus many more artists with sing a rounds and sessions throughout the week end. This is of course the Harwich (Harige), UK festival
- and NOT the Harwich (Haar-Witch), Cape Cod, USA festival!!

Sounds great, but I'm seeing Scorps on the 9th up in Newcastle so couldn't do both, unfortunatley :(
