Except it seems to be almost impossible to find to buy in this country (UK)...? I tried to find it several years ago with no success, have looked again online just now after this reminder and it does not seem to be available from any UK stockists. Any pointers?

Er...yes, Amazon UK was one of my first ports of call but that is absolutely ludicrous for a 90 minute concert film which is available in the US for $12!!
