Does anyone have the chords for Lancashire Rose by Pete Abbott, I've figured out the main chord structure but there are several little nuances that are defying me at the moment.

Should have noted Pete plays it in a "D" shape on the third fret

Some subtleties may have escaped me as well, anyone please feel free to correct me. Note that there are some parallel octaves between the bass and the voice, which you may want to avoid by changing the bass line.
