I will be in London from March 25th. for three days. i wonder are there any singing sessions on those days.
The last time I was there i went to the Tup and to Cecil Sharp House and enjoyed them both very much.
Any information would be appreciated.

And the same night is the Capital folk club reunion at the Sun in Drury Lane - as far as I remember (the last reunion was over 10 years ago!) there'll be a welcome for current visitors to London, even if they didn't visit the club when it was running. And there will be opportunities to sing.

Tony Hall is good, though! And the Cellar Upstairs generally.

Kitty

I've now posted about this to the Capital reunion thread, just in case my previous post was a breach of etiquette!

Kitty

(who did go to Capital when it was running, but not very often...)

Drat - I wanted to go and see Tony, but have just realised that I shall probably (hospitals willing) be down in Kent. Fiddle de dee ... he's an unmissable ... except in this case :-(

Thanks Herga Kitty.

The Sun in Drury lane looks as if it would be very enjoyable.

I look forward to it.

There's a singaround this Sunday, 13 March at The Crystal Palace Tavern
(corner of Crystal Palace Road and Underhill Road, East Dulwich, SE22)
http://www.thegooseisout.com/aboutus.html#evec
Went to the last one and it was very well attended, fun, friendly and a great pub. Can't make it this Sunday unfortunately but i's every second Sunday of the month.
