our household upright piano is currently looking for a caring owner. Needs a bit of tuning, and unsticking a few keys, otherwise it's in robust health. We're based in Sheffield, and if anyone wants to come and collect it (this involves negotiating a short flight of steps) it's entirely free. If no takers, it will reluctantly go for scrap.

Try your local freecycle/ freegle group, raymond, if you have no joy here.
Transport over distance will be the main problem.

Good luck- I hate to see instruments scrapped.
