Well, about half the song is "Everybody got to get a-movin," but there's a lot that I don't understand completely, either. It's hard for people on a folk forum to get motivated to transcribe such a song, because the lyrics are so inane. Good song to dance to at a sock hop, I guess.

I listened for long enough to get most of the words, but I couldn't get every single word down. Sometimes I couldn't understand what they were singing.

These are most of the words. If you want to perform the song, you will have to work out the repetitions and the fragments yourself.
