Subject: Catter's WEBSITES From: catspaw49 Date: 25 Sep 99 - 07:16 AM First, I had no idea what a "Public Help" question was, but it seemed to fit....Then I saw it comes up as "Help" and gawd knows I need all the help I can get! Someone pointed out to me today that some info was available at another 'Catters website. Now although I notice these sporadically, like the Sables/Pirt site, it somehow didn't dawn on me that a LOT of 'Catters do have their own page. Personally, I'm too stupid/cheap to have one and if I did it would undoubtedly make the "Biggest Waste of Bandwidth" list. Too bizarre to imagine..... Anyway, being nosey and enjoying the few I've checked out, I wondered if anyone else would like to list theirs? I know we have a few at bbc's Mudcat resources, but I'm sure there are others. Spaw |
Subject: RE: Help: Catter's WEBSITES From: bbc Date: 25 Sep 99 - 09:34 AM At the Mudcat Resources site, if you choose to have us do a profile for you, links are posted to your homepage, your ICQ/AIM number, & to places such as Folk-Legacy that sell your music, as appropriate & by your request. Although it takes a little time & I'm moving slower now that school's back in session, I'm willing to do profiles for any members who want them. You don't need to be famous or even a performer. That is an easy way to have the info available, since the threads come & go. The site is listed under the Quick Links at the top right of the Mudcat Discussion Forum page. best to all, bbc |
Subject: RE: Help: Catter's WEBSITES From: Jon Freeman Date: 25 Sep 99 - 10:26 AM I have been meaning to put up a web site for over a year now and still haven't got round to it. I do use my web space though as I have found it useful for exchanging information. I have not tried blue clicky things on Mudact before so this might not work but hopefully, this should play Jayne's Jig from my webspace. http://www.jonbanjo.freeuk.com/jayne.mid Jon |

Subject: RE: Help: Catter's WEBSITES From: bseed(charleskratz) Date: 25 Sep 99 - 06:00 PM Joe, a beautiful website. The Nova Scotia landscape is gorgeous: an impressionist beauty. The second one wouldn't load, so I can't comment on it. As for the lobster--you ate threeof those? Your face wouldn't come into focus, but after I read the song under it I'm relieved I couldn't make it to Dan's concert at your house:o) --seed |

Hope you like it. bbc |
