Subject: RE: Atlantic Currants at Sidcup 17th Sep From: Jack Campin Date: 05 Sep 11 - 06:33 AM I spent the first 5 years of my life in Sidcup. I'll be in London in the second half of November - met someone from the Greenwich Traditional Music Collective at Whitby and thought, why not go out there and meet them in Eltham? Sorted. They meet on Tuesdays and it seems it's easy to get there and back from central London by train. Their website is nice and simple and they even have their own tunebook for sale. Sidcup isn't much further out than Eltham, but boy is it hard to figure out when and what you're doing. The first few links Google provides are to a site "under construction" and the rest are to something almost impossible to navigate with a design style that looks like the wastebasket after a primary school art class. Tidy your web presence up, please. |
