I am now spending a lot of time with my new partner , Jane , in Surrey , which is a bit of a Folk desert, or at least it is in and around Oxted.

                   However , we have discovered that there seems to be a Folk music venue in Croydon , and we were wondering if any "Catters" had been there and could comment ??

My other half was the guest there a couple of years ago and is back in March next year....... she liked it!

I did a booking there, it is a Good venue, there are two different folk clubs there on different nights, there is a folk and blues club there and a festival.

I used to go occasionally, but now run a session on Mondays. It can be a bit expensive, but they have good guests, and the bar prices are very reasonable.

I can recommend it. One of the longest running clubs there is!
