Subject: Folklore: Help with 1940s English folk CD From: GUEST,old member lost password ... Date: 30 Oct 11 - 06:21 PM I cannot locate a CD here in the US which is easily found in the UK. It is the CD of the BBC 1940's recordings done at "The Eee's Foot" in Suffolk. Songs include "The False Knight", "The Dark Eyed Sailor", etc It has a code number VT140CD. If any have a link to a US site where I can get the MP3's it would be even better than having to wait --- I can't wait !!! - for ever for a store to send it me. Many thanks in advance ..

Subject: RE: Folklore: Help with 1940s English folk CD From: Matthew Edwards Date: 30 Oct 11 - 06:30 PM It is produced by Veteran as Good Order: Songs from the Eel's Foot. If you follow the link you can email John Howson to ask about orders from the US, but I doubt it is available as MP3 for downloading. Matthew |
