Hi Frank. Long time since we last did he paltalk thing. Not geared up for it these days. Computer in wrong location and too knackered for the late night time difference between UK and USA.
It used to be fun.
Hope you get some visitors.
Quack!
Geoff.

It would be a good idea to announce this a day or two ahead, so people can see it and plan to be there. We are about to eat dinner and it is three hours since you said you were there, so I suspect you are not there any more. Will need to update paltalk...

I liked those paltalk, and hearme before that, sessions here. I am on the East Coast of the US. You are on the West Coast, right? I mostly sing ballads.

I used to love the PalTalk singarounds we used to have. I didn't know PalTalk was still available. That sounds like fun. Count me in, if it's a time when I'm available.

We need to have regular times, so people (1) know when to expect it without having to check mudcat at just the right time to see that it is there, and (2) can plan to be available then. Timing is tricky, since we are all over the world. My two favorite people to encounter on paltalk or hearme were in England and New Zealand. Let's try a few times and see what works. Since I am retired, my time is mostly flexible, but I need to know in advance to be there.

I have not been on Paltalk in a while and will probably have to reinstall it. I hope it does not get onto the start menu again - that is a real nuisance.

There was some talk several months ago about doing this on google plus, plus nothing developed.

Thanks for doing this, Frank. Tomorrow is our anniversary, so we may be out, but if we are not, we will join in.

I just need to work out how to get my microphone working and I'll be in business. Enjoyed the song you sang me, Frank.

Does it work in real time so that we can play together or is it a take it in turns thing?

Nick

We were still out, after a late luncheon, so missed it. Sunday afternoons are a really good time for us, though, usually.

I guess I'll have to re-install PalTalk. I couldn't get it to leave the start menue so I dumped it a year or two ago. On Sunday afternoons here (Atlantic Time Zone) 4 hours west of Greenwich I am often playing away from home but I am guessing that Toledo is +6 Greenwich so I will try and catch a part.
