Bob will be conducting his Chrismas mixer session at the Good Intent Rochester on 13th December at 8.30. The bad news is that you will have to listen/join in with 'Ruff'n'Reddy's Christmas stuff. See you then

Unfortunately ( some may say ), I wont be there, as I am working in deepest West Berkshire, but please bring an instrument along, as the mixer sessions are about sharing songs

Just like to reiterate what Bob said a good time was had by all,even though it was quiet to start with. Thanks to him and master fiddler Mr.Steve Moreham for an excellent evening.

Looking forward to the Wassail this weekend at the GI.

I'm glad it went well. I was sorry as it was to miss Bob and Steve, but I'm especially disappointed that I missed it knowing that the Rules were there. I afraid I was laid low with something between the flu and a painful chest infection.

I appear to be on the mend, and intend to be there for the Wassail on Sunday.

By the way, is there a set script to the "Mayo Sandwich" introduction? I'm sure a few of the jokes went past me at 60,000 feet and climbing, so I'd actually like to study the words in detail
