I know it was written by Archie Dagg, but does anyone know who or where "Elsey" was or is?

Elsey was the first wife of David Burleigh the Northumbrian pipemaker.

You want to be careful: the tune is copyright and there is or was a squabble going on about all of Archie's tunes. He died in 1991 so they're copyright for a while yet.(another 50 years at least)
