Unfortunately I don't have time to do everything, and would love to be at Wath and Crookes fcs but I have to make decisions as to how best to spend my time and keep up the practice!

That sounds like the sort of night we would love to be at but unfortunately we have a better excuse than Ray - we're in Melbourne - the one in Australia.

Can somebody do me a small favour and ask Ciaron what his mum's christian name is? I will then be able to sort one more query on my photos database.

Hi Malcolm,
I am so envious, was in Melbourne earlier in the year, spent last Christmas and New Year in Geelong and had many trips into Melbourne for cricket etc, great city.
I will ask Ciaron for his mothers christian name and tell him the reason I need it. Let you know after Sunday.
I have met Ciaron of a few occasions and have heard him perform and am looking forward to Sunday.

I remember Ciaron's parents and his mum as a lovely singer. His dad with the ever present pipe!

seem to recollect sessions in Doncaster in the Irish pub, somewhere!

We had a great night with Ciaron at Wath, his friend Ray Hearn joined him for two or three songs. Many other club members did us proud also.
For those that missed it you missed a treat.
I spoke to Ciaron Malcolm and he informed me his mothers name is Kathline. He sends his regards and thanks for the help and encouragement you gave him at Whitby over a ten year period.
He also told me of the photograph you gave him which was taken at Robin Hoods Bay.
