Subject: Tab Req: Buttermere Waltz From: GUEST,Mersey Mc Date: 03 Jan 12 - 12:06 PM Hi Everyone I have just heard Simon Mayor playing his own composition 'The Buttermere Waltz' and was blown away by it. I would love to be able to play this on my mandolin; even though I know I could never play it as good as Simon. I would be most grateful if anybody could let me have a copy of the tabs or the music notation for this fabulous tune. Many thanks |

Subject: RE: Tab Req: Buttermere Waltz From: GUEST,999 Date: 03 Jan 12 - 01:31 PM You are welcome, Mersey. I can hear, courtesy of leeneia, why you want to learn the piece. In the parlance, he's just a bit good. Thank you both for turning me on to him. I keep thinking of Knopfler's line, "Oh, yeah, the boy can play." |
