Subject: RE: Sarah Makem documentary. From: Rog Peek Date: 12 Feb 12 - 04:16 PM Yes Dick, Jim's link is the one, but strangely, I found I had to click the other program 27/1/12 and then go back to the one broadcast on 3/2/12, to get it to play. Hope this helps. Rog |

Subject: Sarah Makem documentary. From: Rog Peek Date: 11 Feb 12 - 07:36 AM I am a regular viewer of "Come West Along the Road" on RTE One, a program which consists of archive film of Irish music and song. I am in England, so pick it up on RTE player. In the most recent program there was a short documentary (16 mins.) on Sarah Makem made in 1976. Much of the documentary is filmed in the home of Sarah and her husband Peter, have a look, I'm sure you'll enjoy. It's available on RTE player until 24th February. Rog |
