He was at the Shelter Valley Folk Festival last summer. He talked at lengyh, in one of the small workshops, about his good friend Jack Layton.

well deserved. he is a great performer but a world class luthier. his guiars are wondewrfull. dave wrenn let me play on of his highest end guoitars at the 12th frett years ago, incredible! a friend out west has one of his older guitars--a real treasure.

his plainer modles are still out the 12th frett had an older one for five grand. cheap when you look at the jhand made market now.

i was told bis father was bora laskin, the cheif justice of the supreme court of canada. quite a family

Bora was not his father. Uncle, I believe. Certainly a remarkable family.
