I am off to the Ashokan Fiddle and Dance Camp Southern Week in August (2012) in the Catskills, NY. Has anyone been there in recent years? Any comments/advice/tips to offer on this or any of the other Ashokan Camps? Brushing up on my Cajun already.

Mr Ungar. An honour indeed, sir! As fretless suggests I should do, I am already preparing myself for a great time. Thanks for the link. It's a lovely article and one that didn't turn up when I googled. I did some decent research before booking and didn't come across a single negative comment about Ashokan Camps.
