Just an observation: a lot of people call the song simply "Spanish Eyes," probably because they miss the first word of the song.

One of the loveliest melodies ever written.

According to the Web site Joe directed us too, and to my memories of when this was my sister's favorite song, the correct title is just "Spanish Eyes". Incidentally, Willie Nelson has performed it too.
