    Several years ago my wife, Jeanne, was very active on this site and made some friends, Including Joe. He visited us once in Baltimore (Catonsville). I'm writing to tell the Mudcat community that my wife passed away on August 9th of the heart disease she fought for almost 20 years.

    I'm sorry to be the bearer of sad tidings, but I thought some on this site would want to know.

Al Godley-Davis

Shula was a good woman and brought a lot of life and love to the early years of Mudcat. May she rest in peace.

I never had any personal communication with her, but I remember reading her posts when I first joined and saw her as one of the originals here. My condolences to Al and all those who will miss her.

Will be going back to re-read her posts, because I remember warmly enjoying her 'company'.

Like Jeri, I came a bit later and didn't really know her except through her posts. It was obvious she was well loved and respected. I send my condolences to her family and friends.
