The lineup for the upcoming 2013 festival is out:

A number of mudcatters will be volunteering their talents to make it another outstanding event.

NEFFA (also known as The New England Folk Festival) is a fabulous blend of dance, music, crafts, and food from many lands. The 2013 Festival, our 69th annual Festival, is to be held on April 19-21, 2013 in Mansfield, Massachusetts (near Boston).

We were "wait-listed" (it may or may not have been because the director of the chorus missed the deadline - oops) but we just were invited to the Saturday 8:30 pm spot on the high school stage. Animaterra Women's Chorus will present "Sing for Joy", a participatory harmony singing workshop! Can't wait!

actually, Charley, we will be doing the Open Shanty sing at 11 AM Sat. at the HS auditorium.

seems like they got a lot of new oe returning folks & they did their best to fit everyone in.

it's good to see so many young folks at NEFFA to keep the torch going

Didn't see this thread, but Folk Legacy (Caroline Paton & Duane D) will be there, as well as me (as audience & general go-fer). Looking forward to seeing everyone!
