Subject: London bodhran player???? From: GUEST,Fumpty Date: 15 Jul 13 - 07:29 AM I travel about a bit with work, and always try to catch an Irish session if there is one going on. I was in The Price Albert in Hounslow last week (Thurs) and there was an absolutely fantastic bodhran player in there. Did some great stuff with just a whistle player. Never seen anything like it at a session in England. Does anyone know who this fella is and who he plays with? I was wondering if he teaches? Longshot I suppose, but it was a well attended session so someone might know? |

Even if he doesn't teach, no one minds being told that you admire their playing. And the PA crowd are such a friendly bunch! In short, maybe ask next time? |
